Tracy and Matt are such a cute couple, they’ve been dating for a few years now and decided to get married next month in New York! But first, they couldn’t leave without some shots to take back home. It was so awesome for us to only drive 10 minutes to get to Deerfield Beach from our place (what a nice change). But it was even better when we got there and saw the amazing day Florida decided to give us! (Thank you sunny Florida, you always have the most amazing skies, lol!) Tracy and Matt are an engaged couple who had their engagement session photographed by Acromatico at Deerfield Beach in Broward County, Florida, in August 2012, capturing oceanfront portraits in South Florida before their wedding the following month in New York.
Tracy and Matt had been dating for a few years and decided to get married the following month in New York. Before leaving, they wanted some photos to take back home, so Acromatico photographed their engagement session at Deerfield Beach in South Florida, only a ten-minute drive from the studio. Florida turned on one of its bright, sunny days with the kind of skies the region is known for.
This was an engagement session, not the wedding itself. At the time of the shoot the couple's New York wedding was still upcoming, set for the month ahead. Acromatico wished Tracy and Matt the very best for their wedding day and their married life together.

Deerfield Beach is a coastal city in Broward County, in the South Florida metropolitan area, sitting just south of the Palm Beach County line. Its Atlantic shoreline, public beach, and the Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier make the oceanfront a natural backdrop for engagement and couples portraits, with open sand, bright water, and the wide Florida sky that the region is known for.
The beach offers easy access along South Florida's Atlantic coast, between Boca Raton to the north and the rest of Broward County to the south. For couples based in or visiting South Florida, it is a convenient seaside location for a session before a wedding elsewhere. Acromatico, a family-run photography and brand studio working across South Florida and New York City since 2004, photographs couples in both regions, which suited Tracy and Matt as they prepared for a Florida-to-New York move into married life.
