Elana and Eddie are a travel-loving Fort Lauderdale couple who got engaged in Rome at the Trevi Fountain, then marked it with a travel-themed engagement session along the Riverwalk in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida, photographed by Acromatico, a family-run South Florida and New York City studio.
This session took place in Downtown Fort Lauderdale by the Riverwalk. Elana and Eddie got engaged in Rome by the Trevi Fountain, and because they love traveling so much, they made travel the theme of the shoot. These dolphin fans and travel lovers were a joy to photograph along the water.
At the time of this session, their wedding day was still ahead of them, set for Summer 2016 for round two with Acromatico.

Good to know
The Riverwalk is a linear park that runs along the New River through Downtown Fort Lauderdale in Broward County, Florida. The brick-lined pathway threads past the city's arts and entertainment district, connecting cultural venues, restaurants, and waterfront views, which makes it a flexible backdrop for couples who want an urban, walkable engagement session close to the water.
Because the Riverwalk is downtown, it pairs easily with nearby Fort Lauderdale landmarks and the New River itself, giving a session natural variety within a short walk. Acromatico is a family-run photography and brand studio working across South Florida and New York City, with a dark fine-art "Brand Studio" aesthetic, and has photographed couples here in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
