Oleg is a Ukrainian model and YouTuber who came to Acromatico for a quick portrait session in Milan, Italy. He wanted street-style, graffiti-wall portraits, and that's exactly what the family-run South Florida and New York City studio created with him on location in the city.
For this session, Acromatico said "arrivederci" to Milan after a stretch of work in Italy — a place the studio returns to often and plans to come back to soon. Oleg, a young Ukrainian model and YouTuber, came in for a quick session and asked specifically for street-style, graffiti-wall portraits. The studio gave him exactly that look.
By the studio's own account, Oleg was a pleasure to work with: adorable, very easy-going, and someone they genuinely enjoyed photographing. They thanked him for trusting them with the shoot and wished him the best in his modeling career. The post shares a set of their favorite frames from the day.
“He wanted some street style-graffiti wall action so we gave it to him!”
Good to know
Milan is the capital of Italy's Lombardy region in the north of the country and is widely recognized as one of the world's leading fashion cities, alongside Paris, New York, and London. That fashion reputation makes it a natural backdrop for model portfolio and street-style portrait work like Oleg's session.
Graffiti walls and street-art surfaces — the kind of texture used in this shoot — are found across several Milan districts, including the more industrial and creative neighborhoods that have become known for urban art. For models building a portfolio, Milan offers a rare combination: a dense, walkable city center and the credibility of a global fashion capital, all within easy reach by Milan's Metro and tram network.
