Kaleigh + Ramon · Hudson Valley Wedding | Beacon & Cold Spring, NY

Kaleigh and Ramon married in New York's Hudson Valley, with their first look in Beacon, NY and their reception in the Dramatic Hall at the Peekskill Central Market. Acromatico, a family-run South Florida and New York studio, photographed the rain-soaked day across Beacon, Cold Spring and Peekskill.

Kaleigh and Ramon — described by the studio as a southern guy and his blonde gal — chose Beacon, NY for their first look, a small city Acromatico loves for its character and artsy, hipster vibe. It rained on their wedding day, but that did not stop them from being happy. After gathering at Madam Brett Park, they made it just in time for the first look and a few quick photos before it began to pour, so the group took shelter at the Hudson Valley Brewery for sours and pictures before heading to Cold Spring, NY.

At Dockside Park in Cold Spring, the moody views and little hills in the back delivered perfect color, even though the summer day did not feel like summer. The crew stopped for ice cream at Moo Moo's Creamery, then closed the day in the Dramatic Hall at the Peekskill Central Market — what the studio called a perfect start to the reception. This wedding was one of two the studio shot across two states in two days.

“Despite it being summer, it sure didn't feel like it. We figured if summer isn't coming, we're bringing it no matter what.”
