Kenia and Michael are a married couple who both graduated from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, and Acromatico photographed their graduation session — the studio's first time ever shooting a husband and wife graduating from FIU together, after also photographing their wedding earlier that same year.
Kenia and Michael, a newlywed couple Acromatico had photographed at their wedding earlier in the year, returned for a second milestone: graduating from Florida International University together. Acromatico called it their first time ever shooting a husband and wife graduating from FIU, and described it as a privilege to be part of what they framed as the couple's second most important day.
The session marks the end of long work and, as the studio put it, sleepless nights — capped off with a celebration of the couple's new beginnings and the start of their careers. As a family-run photography and brand studio working across South Florida and New York City since 2004, Acromatico carried its dark fine-art "Brand Studio" aesthetic into this Miami graduation shoot.
