Claudia and Raidel married at the Casa Rita mansion in Davie, Florida — an intimate March wedding that brought together family from Tenerife, Spain and Cuba. After the ceremony we slipped over to nearby Tree Tops Park for portraits, then returned for a reception that turned into non-stop dancing.
We had a wonderful time photographing Claudia and Raidel's wedding at the Casa Rita mansion in Davie, FL. It was a small, intimate celebration with an international mix of family — relatives from Tenerife in the Canary Islands of Spain alongside the best of Cuba. Right after the ceremony we headed to nearby Tree Tops Park to make portraits among the trees, then came back for a reception that turned into dancing well into the night. These are a few of our favorites from the day.
“As you may have guessed, it was definitely non-stop dancing.”

View our photographyCasa Rita is a wedding-and-event mansion located in Davie, a town in central Broward County, South Florida, west of Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. Davie sits roughly between I-595 and I-75, which makes the venue reachable for guests flying into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and convenient for family staying anywhere across the Miami-Fort Lauderdale metro.
Claudia and Raidel took post-ceremony portraits at Tree Tops Park, a Broward County regional park in Davie known for its mature oak canopy, open meadows, and shaded trails. Its proximity to Casa Rita makes it a natural portrait stop for couples marrying in the area — a few minutes away, with green, tree-covered backdrops that contrast a formal mansion setting. Couples searching for a Casa Rita or Davie wedding photographer should know the park requires planning around its public hours and any permit rules for organized photography, so confirm access before the wedding day.
