Common Questions
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% to start. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery before files are transferred. We accept ACH, credit card, and wire transfer. No work begins without the deposit.
What's your revision policy?
Most packages include 2 revision rounds. A "revision round" means one round of consolidated feedback — not unlimited back-and-forth. After included revisions, additional rounds are $150 each. We've rarely needed to charge for this.
How long has your team been doing this?
Acromatico was founded in 2008. Our team has worked on brands across the US, Latin America, and Europe — from early-stage founders to established companies rebranding. We've seen what works and what doesn't across hundreds of projects.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Absolutely. Most of our clients are fully remote. We've delivered brand work for businesses across the US, Latin America, and Europe. Time zones are not a barrier — we work async and schedule calls around your calendar.
What file formats do you deliver?
For brand identity: SVG, PNG (transparent), PDF, and EPS. For websites: we hand over the full codebase or CMS access. For photography: high-resolution JPGs optimized for web and print, delivered via Pixieset gallery.
Can you handle rush projects?
Sometimes, depending on our current schedule. Rush projects (delivery in less than half the standard timeline) carry a 25% rush fee. Contact us first to confirm availability before booking a rush project.
Do you offer payment plans?
For projects over $3,000, we can structure a 3-part payment plan: 33% to start, 33% at midpoint, 33% on delivery. Retainer clients pay monthly, due on the 1st of each month. Ask us during your audit call.
What's your cancellation policy?
For one-time projects: the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you're billed for work completed. For monthly retainers: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No lock-in beyond the minimums stated per package.
