Common questions.

No. We don't deliver proofs or previews. Every photo you receive is fully edited — color corrected, retouched, ready to use. This is how we maintain consistent quality. You'll receive a private gallery within 7 business days.
Solid colors photograph best. Avoid busy patterns, bright neons, or all-white. Bring an extra outfit option just in case. You'll receive our full prep guide after booking with specific color recommendations based on your brand palette and shoot location.
Standard delivery is within 7 business days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for Professional Session and above for an additional $150. Your private SmugMug gallery will be emailed to you the moment it's ready.
It means you own the right to use the photos in any commercial context — paid ads, your website, product packaging, press kits, social media. Forever. No need to credit us. No royalties. No restrictions. This is included in every package because a photo you can't use in an ad isn't worth much.
For outdoor shoots, if weather makes shooting impossible, we reschedule at no cost. If you'd prefer to shoot anyway (overcast days often look stunning), we go for it. We communicate the morning of and decide together.
Yes. Additional retouched photos are available at $15 each. We'll let you know how many we captured and you can select more from the contact sheets.
Yes. Travel within 30 miles is included. Beyond that, $0.67/mile round trip. For destinations requiring flights, we'll quote separately. We've shot in NYC, CDMX, and internationally — just ask.
You get one free rescheduling. After that, rescheduling is $75. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot are charged at 100% of the package price. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the date is locked.
