Turn a keynote into pages AI can cite

A talk dies in the hall unless you cut it into a 40–60 word answer and a question-shaped H2. No FAQPage schema. No llms.txt as the strategy.

Short answer

Record the talk only if you will publish a page. AI cites text it can lift. It does not cite your cadence. One claim per page. Link the GEO playbook you already have. Then stop.

The cut

1. One question the talk actually answered. 2. A 40–60 word lead that answers it before the product. 3. Two or three H2s in the buyer’s words. 4. Visible Q&A if the questions are real. Do not add FAQPage/HowTo schema — Google dropped those as a rich-result play. 5. One CTA: audit or sprint.

What we will not do

We will not dump a transcript. We will not invent EXMA talk titles. We will not treat `llms.txt` as the work. We will not clone campilii.com’s build log onto this domain.
