Liz and Adam married in Miramar, Florida, during the bloom of summer — an intimate celebration with their closest people (and their furry baby) photographed by Acromatico, a family-run fine-art brand and wedding studio working across South Florida and New York City since 2004. Miramar is the couple's home turf, and ours too.
This sweet, intimate wedding took place right in our backyard of Miramar, Florida. Liz and Adam got married in the bloom of summer, surrounded by the closest ones to them — and yes, that included the furry baby too. We were honored to be part of this special occasion and thrilled to be chosen as their photographers.
Thank you, Liz and Adam, for an amazing day and for letting us capture it. The gallery below holds some of the strongest emotions of the day and a few of our favorite frames.
“There's just nothing sweeter than celebrating the best day EVER with the closest ones to you. Yes, this includes the furry baby too.”
Good to know
Miramar sits in southern Broward County, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, bordering Pembroke Pines to the north and Miami-Dares Dade County to the south. Its position on the Broward–Miami-Dade line makes it a practical home base for a South Florida wedding: couples and guests can pull from both metro areas, and the drive to either Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International or Miami International Airport is short.
Liz and Adam married in the heart of summer, which in South Florida means long daylight, warm light, and the chance of an afternoon shower. For a Miramar summer date, it helps to plan a shaded or indoor backup, schedule portraits around the softer light near the start or end of the day, and keep guests cool. As a family-run studio based in the area and working across South Florida and New York City since 2004, Acromatico knows the local light and seasons firsthand.
