Johanne and Rudiny celebrated their wedding with a large reception at King's Point in Delray Beach, Florida, photographed by Acromatico. The day brought together a big wedding party — including four flower girls — plus a live band and professional dancers, following the couple's earlier engagement session at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum.
Acromatico photographed Johanne and Rudiny's wedding at King's Point in Delray Beach, Florida. With so much family and so many friends, the couple held a huge reception, and the wedding party itself was unusually large — four flower girls were part of the day. A live band and personal professional dancers helped get the celebration started.
This wasn't the studio's first time with Johanne and Rudiny. We had already photographed their engagement session at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum, so the wedding was a chance to continue the story with a couple we'd already gotten to know.
“This wedding wasn't just any wedding, with so much family and so many friends these two had a huge reception at the King's Point in Delray Beach.”
Good to know
King's Point is a large residential community in Delray Beach, in Palm Beach County, South Florida, west of Interstate 95 off Atlantic Avenue and Military Trail. Its clubhouse and event spaces make it a practical home base for large family receptions, and the surrounding Delray Beach area offers everything a wedding party needs nearby, from the shops and restaurants of downtown Atlantic Avenue to the Atlantic coastline a short drive east.
Delray Beach sits between Boca Raton and Boynton Beach along Florida's southeast coast, with easy access to Palm Beach International Airport and the Fort Lauderdale and Miami metro areas. Couples drawn to a roomy reception venue like King's Point often pair the indoor celebration with nearby outdoor portrait locations across the city. Acromatico, a family-run photography and brand studio founded in 2004, works across South Florida and New York City, so we are comfortable moving with a wedding from an engagement session at a spot like the Gold Coast Railroad Museum through to the reception itself.
