Acromatico is the Miami commercial photographer behind the County Square plaza shoot, produced for One Investment Group. Working in Miami-Dade County, Florida, our studio photographed the retail plaza from a business standpoint — studying the property and capturing the angles that show it best.
Acromatico Photography provides commercial real estate photography in Miami from a business standpoint. For this project we photographed County Square plaza for our clients at One Investment Group, studying the area first and then highlighting the best angles for the shoot.
As a family-run photography and brand studio working across South Florida and New York City since 2004, we approach a commercial property the way an owner or investor sees it — focused on how the plaza reads, presents, and performs in pictures.
“We study the area and highlight the best angles for our commercial photography shoots.”
Good to know
County Square is a commercial retail plaza located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Like much of Miami's commercial landscape, the plaza sits within a dense, car-oriented retail corridor where storefront visibility, signage, and approach angles matter as much as the interiors — which is exactly why a site is studied before it is photographed.
For a commercial photographer, a plaza like County Square is a study in vantage points: how the building meets its parking field, where the light falls across signage during the day, and which angle communicates scale and tenancy to a prospective investor or tenant. We walk the property, identify those angles, and build the shoot around the views that represent the asset most accurately.
