Carol + Diego · Maternity Session | Acromatico

Carol and Diego came in front of our camera for a maternity session as they await their little one. They are family to us, which made these quiet, tender portraits of the two of them — soon to be three — all the more special.

“A maternity session captures a chapter that passes quickly — the anticipation, the closeness, the quiet wonder of waiting.”

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the best time for a maternity session?
Usually between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, when the bump is nicely round and mom is still comfortable. Carol and Diego's session captured this chapter beautifully.
What should I wear for maternity photos?
Form-fitting pieces and flowing gowns both photograph well. We're happy to suggest options based on your location and the look you want.
Do you also photograph the newborn afterward?
Yes — many families do a maternity session and a newborn session. Acromatico photographs across South Florida and New York City.
