WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT
This Contract is entered into and effective as of [DATE]
Between: [CLIENT NAMES] (Client)
And: Acromatico Photography
SERVICES PROVIDED
On [WEDDING DATE], Acromatico will provide to Client the following photography services:
Package: [PACKAGE NAME]
PAYMENT
Client agrees to pay Acromatico $[TOTAL] (Lump Sum All-Inclusive) in consideration for the photography services to be rendered by Acromatico.
The parties agree that this Contract needs to be signed, and a non-refundable retainer fee of $[PAYMENT_1] is required to reserve the specified services.
The remaining payments are structured as follows:
- 2nd Payment of $[PAYMENT_2] due on [MID_DATE]
- Final payment of $[PAYMENT_3] due 14 days prior to your wedding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposit fees are non-refundable. A minimum of 30 days notice will be required for cancellation of this contract by Client.
WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
The copyright of all photographs produced is retained by Acromatico, Inc. at its official website www.acromatico.com. Upon final payment by Client, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to Client for personal use.
