Just a few months ago, we were together with Nessa and Torry for their engagement session. By the time the session ended, we nearly froze to death. Clearly, the cold loves us. Despite spring finally springing, it was a nice and cool day on this Brooklyn wedding day.
Before heading to The Williamsburg Hotel we did a pit stop at Upstate Stock to get fueled up for the day. It’s our fave! Nessa awaited us at her gorgeous suite with the best city views and a beautiful smile. She was as zen as she could be!
If you’re getting married or are undecided about doing a first look, keep scrolling, you might change your mind! We are all in when it comes to first looks. You get to have an intimate moment, get a really awesome groom reaction AND you get bonus time added to your wedding day timeline! How? Once the first look is in, we get to squeeze in all the bridal and couple photos that usually we tend to rush for after the ceremony. What’s the big deal anyway? – you might ask – Well, you get to have MORE couple photos and you don’t risk the chance of loosing the beautiful daylight if things run behind.
Nessa and Torry did just that! We went to The Boathouse at Prospect Park for their first look. This bride left her groom speechless, even shedding a few tears! We’re not crying, you’re crying!
After this, we headed to the Greenpoint Loft where they had their rustic, boho, eclectic ceremony and reception. I do have to say, if you’re looking for amazing New York skyline views, this is the place! Keep scrolling to get a little taste of Nessa and Torry’s wedding. There were even Nigerian traditional outfits for this one!
Thank you guys for trusting me for your wedding day. Here’s a little sneak of this Brooklyn wedding at the Greenpoint Loft:
