A New York Wedding. That’s what they initially had planned.
Many of our dear brides have had to really change their wedding plans, pushing dates, having smaller weddings, sacrificing wedding parties, honeymoon and dear ones not being there.
In the case of Elle and Hector, they had to do all that while having to change all their prepaid wedding plans and move their wedding all the way to Massachusetts. When we found out their wedding turned into a destination, micro wedding, we couldn’t be even more excited to be a part of their big day.
They got ready at the Archer Hotel in Burlington, MA. The industrial vibes and the amazing decor was truly a photography playground. To make the most of daylight, I recommended doing a first look. It was sooooo worth it (we’re not crying, you’re crying and so were they!)
This really helped take advantage of some natural light (while we still had it). Sunset at 4:20pm is not fair but we made the best of it and the best use of our light while we could!
Despite this being a micro wedding, over 500 of their family and friends attended live via Zoom. It all turned out to be one big virtual party with a virtual DJ and all. Nothing was going to stop Elle and Hector from partying on their big day.
Also, let’s take a moment to focus on the flowers arrangements. I mean, they were a complete show stopper. Once again, @juniperglenn_ killed it with the flower decor. Pro tip: flowers really make a difference. Don’t you ever skip them! They bring life and color to the room and truly make a huge difference in the whole ambiance. They also brightened up this whole blog post.
